  1. How do I track my delivery? / My tracking number isn’t working?
    When the shipping label is generated and scanned by us you will get sent an email with the tracking number. This tracking number does not work until the day of delivery. You can track delivery here.

  2. How will my pet be delivered?
    We send the animals via a fully licensed Live Reptile/Amphibian Overnight Carrier. All animals will be transported in our own “Custom made” boxes. Each box will be packaged in a way to maintain the required temperatures to ensure the health of the animal, using heat packs/cool packs and insulating materials. They will be put on an overnight before 1pm delivery service, so will normally be delivered between 7am to 1pm the day after your order is placed.

  3. If I order today, will I receive them tomorrow?
    If your order is placed before 12pm (midday) the day before, then we are able to send them out for delivery the following day but please let us know that this is when you would like to receive them. You can choose your delivery day at checkout.

  4. What days and times can you deliver?
    You can choose the delivery day most convenient for you at checkout. Our standard delivery days are Tuesday to Friday. We are able to offer a Saturday delivery but there is a £8.50 surcharge for this service. Our deliveries are put onto a before 1pm service, so are normally delivered between 7am and 1pm.

  5. Where can you deliver to?
    We can deliver to most parts of the UK (exc. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man etc.). There are some postcodes which we are unable to deliver livestock to. These are: AB30-AB56, DD8-DD10, DG3-DG9 & DG12-DG14, FK17-FK21, KA18-KA19, KA26-KA30, PA20-PA38 & PA80, PH3-PH40, TR21-TR25 BT, HS, IM, IV, JE and KW Postcodes also Channel Islands & Shetlands are also excluded.
