Live reptile delivery is £19.95 for no matter how many animals you order. **. If your order is for invertebrates then delivery will be charged at £6.95. If your order only includes Dry Goods or live food then the postage is £3.49. 

** Due to the cost of delivery to us and the fact that we subsidise the cost of delivery, orders under £20 are subject to a £5 surcharge. **

We only use DX to deliver our Reptiles and both ourselves and DX couriers are fully licenced to do so. All Reptiles are packed into a smaller inner box that is then insulated and packed into a larger heavy grade outer box with heat or cool packs where required.

The quality of the couriers that we use mean that the Reptile will arrive to your door with the absolute minimum of stress. We can deliver your reptile to your door on the day that is most convenient for you from Tuesday to Friday. The couriers are now able to offer a Saturday service again but there is a £8.50 surcharge for this service. You will be asked to select a delivery day at checkout and your order will be delivered on this day unless you hear from us to say that this is not possible.

All of our animals are acclimatised and quarantined on site. We will not send out any animal that we do not feel is 100%. Please note, this can sometimes effect your requested delivery day.
