When you think of a tree frog, you think of the Red Eye Tree Frog. The red-eyed tree frog, Agalychnis callidryas is a visually striking amphibian native to the rainforests of Central America. Its vibrant green body, marked by bold blue and yellow patterns, stands out in its lush habitat. The frog's most distinctive feature is its large, red eyes, which serve both as a defensive mechanism and a striking display during nocturnal activities. This arboreal species spends its days hidden among foliage, emerging at night to hunt insects. Known for its acrobatic abilities and remarkable coloration, the red-eyed tree frog symbolizes the beauty and biodiversity of tropical rainforests.

Adult Size: 5 - 6cm (Males) 6 - 7 (Females).

Life Span: 8 - 12 years.
